SwiftPikUp Delivery Insurance Coverage and Claims Policy

Overview

SwiftPikUp is committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring that our customers experience peace of mind with every delivery. To provide additional protection, we offer optional insurance coverage for items in transit. Customers who choose to request insurance coverage during the booking process will benefit from this added layer of security. This policy outlines the insurance coverage available and the procedure for making a claim in the event of loss, damage, or other issues related to a delivery.

Insurance Coverage

Insurance coverage is optional and applies only to items for which customers have explicitly opted into coverage when requesting a delivery. During the booking process, customers will be presented with the option to choose whether or not to purchase insurance coverage for their items.

Claims Process

In the event that an issue arises during or after delivery, the customer must report the incident within 6 hours from the time of delivery. Any claim filed after this 6-hour period will not be valid or considered for compensation. Claims can be reported directly through the SwiftPikUp mobile application.

Steps to File a Claim:

  1. Log into the SwiftPikUp mobile app and navigate to Customer Support.
  2. Select the order for which you wish to file a claim.
  3. Provide details of the issue, including photographs of the damaged or lost items (if applicable).
  4. Submit the claim for review.
